A Vivo Health Pharmacy representative will contact you prior to your next refill, or you can enroll by downloading and completing this form.
The mail order pharmacy is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. We also have a 24-hour clinical call center to handle medication questions outside of business hours.
Once a medication is filled by the mail order pharmacy, you can request a refill by calling Vivo Health Pharmacy at (833) 868-VIVO (8486) and opting-in for automatic refills. You can also order and see what medications were filled by logging into vivorefills.com after an account has been created.
For most prescriptions, a 30-day supply can be filled up to three times at your local pharmacy. Any additional fills of maintenance medications must be obtained through mail order. Failure to use mail order may result in paying full cost at your retail pharmacy.
Standard delivery is USPS for non-refrigerated items, and refrigerated items will be shipped overnight. Orders can be delivered to your home or place of business.
Once your order has been processed, medications on average will be mailed out a week before your next refill is due.
Tracking numbers will be provided via email, as long as you provide your email address.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as your Healthcare Flexible Spending Account card.
Yes, we accept copay cards as well as manufacturer coupon cards. We will also contact you to let you know if one is available for your prescription. Please let us know if you are enrolled in a discount program.
